Glee creator Ryan Murphy has revealed some devastating news, confirming that the original cast will graduate from McKinley High at the end of the show’s third season.
Speaking to Ryan Seacrest in a radio interview on Friday, he spoke of his intention to refresh the cast at the end of the 2012 season.
“This next [season] will be their senior year, and then [they] will graduate,” Murphy said. “We didn’t want to have a show where they were in high school for eight years. We really wanted to be true to that experience.”
